Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To provide the best care for every pet and respect scheduled grooming time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
✔ First-time late cancellations or no-shows will receive a courtesy warning
✔ A second occurrence may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service
✔ Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments
✔ Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling

Our Salon Policies
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every pet:
✔ Pets must be healthy and safe to groom
✔ Senior or special-needs pets receive extra care
✔ Severely matted coats may require special handling or additional fees
✔ Flea treatment will be applied if fleas are found
✔ Prompt pick-up is required after grooming. Pets not picked up within 30 minutes may incur a care fee.
✔ Additional care fees may apply when extra time or handling is required
